How do I purchase an artwork?
Our website has a wide range of unique works of Japanese ceramic art and we pride ourselves in portraying the work accurately through our images. To purchase an artwork, send an inquiry button on your desired object page with your contact details, intent to purchase, mailing address, and our dedicated team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Is everything on your website available?
Works marked with a green dot are available, while unavailable works are marked "SOLD" or "RESERVED". Send us an inquiry to initiate your purchase!
Do you have other works available?
Yes, we offer a range of private sales services, and often carry works that are not currently shown or published on our site. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us regarding your interest in a particular work, artist, or type.
I am looking for a specific type of artwork, can you help me find it?
Yes, we provide bespoke sourcing services for private collectors, art dealers, interior designers, and curators alike. We welcome you to contact us with your interest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer tracked shipping with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Alternative carriers can be accomodated but may incur an additional fee. International shipping fees are subject to change depending on the recipient's volume, location and carrier. By calculating the costs of each order individually, we believe that we can arrange a shipping method best suited to your acquisition.
We request your patience in advance and thank you as we ship the work within 30 days of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Dai Ichi Arts maintains a no return policy and all sales are final. Remittance are to be completed within 10 days of the issue date of an invoice unless stated otherwise.
Do you take consignments?
If you are interested in consigning a work with us from your collection, we welcome you to get in touch.
Dai Ichi Arts is not currently accepting artist submissions.
