1936  Born in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture
1955  Studied under Kawamura Seizan
1961  Established “Tachibanagama Kiln” in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture
1968  Selected for the first time at the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition
Late 1970  Immersed himself in celadon porcelain works and conducted research
1979  Became a regular member of the Japan Crafts Association
1980  Blue porcelain jar, blue porcelain bowl, purchased by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
1987  Exhibited at the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
   Received the Minister of Education Award for his celadon jar
1989  “Celadon glazed jar” was presented to sumo grand champion Chiyonofuji as a commemorative gift when he was awarded the National Honor Award
     Awarded the Ceramic Society of Japan Prize
1992  The jar was acquired by the British Museum
